Independent strategy, vendor selection, and hands-on support for organizations that want to get it right the first time, not just at launch.
No pitch. No pressure. Here is what we cover.
Wrong platform. A vendor that oversold support. A content strategy that lasted three weeks. A network nobody knows how to manage when something goes wrong.
I am an independent digital signage consultant. I do not sell screens, software, or hardware. I help organizations plan, procure, and deploy systems that hold up past the ribbon cutting, and I stay involved until they actually do.
Start with an assessment if your platform is the problem. Keep me on retainer if nobody owns your signage. Hire me by the project when something needs to be built. Most clients start at one and move to the next.
Know what moves, what breaks, and which platform to pick before you sign anything.
See the assessment 02A senior person who owns your signage roadmap, vendors and content operation, without a full-time hire.

See project workYour signage platform is being retired, sold, or has stopped fitting the network you actually run. Every vendor with a "migrate to us" program will tell you their platform is the answer. I don't sell one. The assessment tells you what you have, what breaks when you move it, and which two or three platforms deserve a serious look. Sometimes the right answer is to stay put. If it is, the report says so.
The same five deliverables in every tier. Depth scales with the network.
Single organization, few sites
Multi-site, some integrations
Multiple business units, live feeds
Fees in USD. "From" is the fee for a network that fits the tier cleanly; unusual integrations or custom content add scope, and I confirm the fixed fee in writing before any work starts.
The assessment fee comes off Phase 2 if I run or oversee your migration, on any platform.
Because the vendor's opinion is that you should move to the vendor. Choosing the wrong platform can mean years of unnecessary subscription costs, avoidable hardware replacement, and eventually another migration. The assessment costs a fraction of any one of those.
Content rebuild, hands-on migration, training, and hardware procurement. On Navori I do the migration myself. On any other platform I act as your owner's representative over the vendor's migration program: oversight, acceptance testing and content QA, so the "free migration" delivers what was promised.
Somebody has to own the signage. The platform, the vendors, the content operation, the roadmap, the next contract. In most organizations that job is split across three people who each have a real job. In most integrators building a signage division, it's nobody yet. I take the seat until you hire someone for it, and I'll help you hire them.
Chains, QSR franchisors, gyms, venues, campuses. I own the roadmap, the platform and vendor decisions, and the content operation, and I report to whoever owns the budget.
I help build it: platform strategy, how to package and price the offer, sales support and demos, and the delivery process that gets the first accounts live and profitable.

The whole function
Content production, decks and sales material, delivered training, RFP writing. The retainer covers senior ownership, decisions and direction. Production work is scoped separately so the retainer stays focused on running the function.
It depends on the tier and how much of your calendar I'm on. You'll get a number on the first conversation, not a form.
The hands-on work. Fixed scope, fixed fee, confirmed in writing before I start. This is where assessment and retainer clients go when something needs building rather than deciding. It's also where a first network starts.
Practical expertise across every phase of a signage network, built to last beyond the ribbon cutting.
Templates, menu boards, data-linked content and ongoing production for screens that have to stay current.

Sign companies going digital, established operators, AV integrators and managed service providers hire me to help build and run their own signage operation. Winning their clients, standing up or optimising networks, and speccing the projects that fall outside a standard scope.
Client demand spikes and you need senior hands without hiring for them. I take the work on your behalf, to your deadline, and hand back deliverables your team can reuse.
You put me on a complex project as the expert on the account, in front of your client or behind you, whichever you prefer. Useful for discovery sessions on deals you want to win.
Training and implementation delivered to your client under your brand, not mine. Remote or onsite, single site or multi-location rollout.
I do not compete with you for the account. The relationship stays yours.
Building a signage division from scratch and need more than overflow hands? That's the Fractional Head of Digital Signage retainer.
Talk about capacityEvery vendor believes their platform is the right fit for your situation. That is not cynicism. It is just how sales works. My recommendation comes from your requirements, not a quota.
