17 years inside the digital signage industry — vendor side, client side, support queues, and boardrooms. I've seen what works and, more importantly, what doesn't.
And I don't just advise. I build the networks, produce the content, run the migrations, and train the teams. The advice holds up because I'm the one who has to make it work. Independent, no reseller commissions, no agenda.
You learn fast when you're the person clients call when screens go dark, content stops updating, or a deployment falls apart the night before a launch.
From there I moved into technical account management, then product management, then led global marketing for a major digital signage software company. I've been in the room when deals are made, and I've been on the phone at midnight when they fall apart.
What I kept seeing, from every angle, was the same pattern. Clients got oversold. They picked the platform with the best demo, not the best fit. They went live without proper training. Content went stale. Screens went dark. Six figures wasted.
That's why I started JAF Digital Consulting. To be the person in the room who isn't trying to sell you anything. Just someone who's seen it all go wrong and knows how to help you avoid it.
And when avoiding it means rolling up my sleeves, I do that too. Most weeks I'm not just advising, I'm building player networks, producing content, designing templates and data feeds, running migrations, and training the teams who keep it all live. The strategy and the hands-on work are the same job to me.

I lived in the support queue. I learned exactly where digital signage breaks, how clients actually use CMS platforms day-to-day, and what good really looks like from the user's perspective.
Delivered bespoke, multi-site signage rollouts on time, on budget, and stable. This is where I learned how fast things go wrong when strategy and operations aren't aligned from day one.
Supported enterprise deployments and aligned complex technical setups with client needs. Became fluent in translating between what IT teams want and what marketing teams actually need.
Turned real customer pain points into features that actually matter. Got a front-row seat to how CMS platforms are built, prioritized, and where they cut corners.
Led global digital signage marketing, owning positioning, messaging, and campaigns that drove platform adoption. Learned how vendors present themselves, which taught me exactly how to cut through it.
Both strategist and operator. I advise on the big decisions and do the hands-on work: builds, content, migrations, training, and audits. A lot of it is for teams running Navori QL, the platform I spent six years building. Navori knows my work and refers clients to me directly for everything beyond the software itself. Based in Montreal. Available globally.
Wrong CMS. Unclear workflows. Content nobody updates. Teams never properly trained. Here's where I help.
